Unique, one of a kind, Authentic Alaskan Native Modern Art; Mask depicting a face etched by time - Ancient Night
Wall mount mask uses an Orthoceras fossil, an extinct form of squid hundreds of millions of years old as a spear. The face is a faceted 2240 carat colored emerald pear shaped gem surrounded by a off white fox fur ruff and accented by increasing sized faceted, amethyst cut gems of 168.5, 195 and 257 carets respectively. The snow mask is ivory.

The theme of this art is meant to symbolize the artist's conception of four facets of native culture;
1. Ancient ties to the land via the Orthoceras, a primeval fossil.
2. Close ties to current nature with the use of fur and ivory.
3. The preciousness of life with the use of gemstone representing face.
4. Awareness of the passage of time and the changes that occur using different gemstones to represent the rising or setting sun, moon or stars
