Unique, one of a kind, Authentic Alaskan Native Modern Art; Mask depicting a brilliant day.
Face mask uses Orthoceras fossils, an extinct form of squid hundreds of millions of years old for both the base and also the spear. The face is a certified faceted colored 3990 caret ruby surrounded by a white fox fur ruff and accented by rare increasing sized lemon-gold faceted quartz of 170, 214 and 337 caret gems respectively. The snow mask is ivory.

The theme of this art is meant to symbolize the artist's conception of four facets of native culture;
1. Ancient ties to the land via the Orthoceras, a primeval fossil.
2. Close ties to current nature with the use of fur and ivory.
3. The preciousness of life with the use of gemstone representing face.
4. Awareness of the passage of time and the changes that occur using different gemstones to represent the rising or setting sun, moon or stars.
